主要研究方向

主要从事微生物学和天然产物化学研究。重点开展以下三个方面的研究:

1、植物内生菌资源及生物活性的研究:植物内生菌是微生物资源研究的热点之一,在农业和医药领域具有广阔的应用前景。从特色药用植物中分离和鉴定内生菌,进行内生菌资源的多样性研究,开展抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗菌等多种生物活性筛选,发现有医用和农用潜力的活性菌株。

2、微生物活性天然产物的研究:综合运用微生物学、天然产物化学、药理学等多学科专业技术,开展不同生境来源的真菌和放线菌中活性次生代谢产物的分离、结构鉴定以及生理活性筛选,发现结构新颖的具有重要生理活性的化合物,致力于微生物天然药物的研究与开发

3、植物内生菌与宿主之间关系密切,从内生菌的种群结构和次生代谢的角度探讨内生菌与宿主植物的相互作用。
